Early access: taking a small number of providers now
Tallyfair: a fair tally of where you stand, before you bid.
"Tallyfair" means tallying done fairly. Send us a live tender opportunity and a short profile of your organisation. You get back a human-checked record of what the documents ask for, what your evidence shows, and exactly where each of those facts comes from.
This is administrative support, not legal or procurement advice. We never say you are eligible; we show what the documents require and what your evidence shows.
What it is
Tallyfair is a human-reviewed, source-cited tender fit and readiness report for UK care providers: home care, supported living and residential care.
You send us a live opportunity (the notice link, and the tender pack if you already have it) plus a short profile of your organisation. We send back a record of which requirements are met, missing, expired, or marked unknown, each one quoted from the actual documents, with the page or clause it came from, plus a missing-evidence action list and any unknowns stated plainly rather than guessed at.

How it works
- 01
Send the opportunity and your profile
Share the notice link and the tender pack if you have it, plus a short profile: service type, geography, and your current evidence.
- 02
We read the notice and pack, and tally requirements against your evidence
Each requirement is checked against the actual document, and against what you told us you hold. A named reviewer confirms every conclusion before it is shown to you.
- 03
You get a report and a call to walk through it
A written record of met, missing, expired and unknown items, a missing-evidence action list, and a short call to go through it with you before you decide whether to bid.

The evidence index behind it
Every row in the matrix above traces back to an entry like these: the exact document, page and location the requirement was quoted from.
"Employer's liability insurance, minimum £5,000,000"
ITT.pdf · page 14 · clause 7.2
"Regulated activity: personal care, England"
PQQ.pdf · page 3 · question 2
"Bidders shall provide a method statement for safeguarding"
ITT.pdf · page 22 · question 9 · not supplied
Why we mark things "unknown"
Public tender notices rarely include the full tender pack, and the portals that do hold it are often login-gated, so we cannot always read the exact requirement. Rather than guess, or quietly treat a gap as compliant, we mark that requirement unknown and tell you why: the document was not available, or it mentioned the topic without stating a usable figure or threshold. An honest unknown is more useful than a confident answer we cannot back with a quote and a location.

We are taking a small number of providers for the first reports. Send us a live opportunity and a short profile and we will get back to you about what we can cover. No prices are published yet; we will confirm cost before any work starts.
